By booking a consultation or project with Lumenora LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to protect both you and our team.
All prices quoted during your consultation are final. We do not charge hidden fees. Payment is due upon completion of the project. We accept all major credit cards and cash.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
Lumenora LLC is fully insured. We take every precaution to protect your property during installation. In the unlikely event of damage, we will repair or replace the affected item at no cost to you.
The Seasonal Care plan renews automatically each year. You may cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Visits are scheduled based on availability and season.
We never sell or share your personal information. Your data is used solely for planning and completing your garage project.
